The Aquarium en route to Boston

Heading up to Boston the day after Thanksgiving, we decided to stop and take a break in Connecticut. Needing a place to let Owen run around indoors, but not wanting to travel too far from the 95, we stopped at Beth's old place of employment: The Norwalk Aquarium.

 

Above, Owen gawks at the sharks in the tank. Below, he watches the seals swim. He saw sea turtles, otters, sting rays, and jellyfish.

 

But nothing excited Owen quite like the fake plastic hippo.

 

Owen spent the last 30 minutes at the aquarium expending his energy at the kids' padded playroom. He wasn't interested in the frog exhibit, but his parents thought it was cool.
